Our Community Day was designed to bring everyone together through engaging activities and meaningful interactions. Here are some of the highlights:

We were honored to have Al Green, the former American-Australian basketball player, as our guest speaker. Al shared his incredible journey through sports, community, and personal growth, inspiring attendees with insights on resilience, determination, and the power of community support. - A Variety of Vendors
Our attendees enjoyed exploring a fantastic lineup of vendors, each offering something unique:- Sulivan’s Vintage: This thrift store brought an curated selection of pre-loved clothing, showcasing sustainable fashion choices.
- Eastside Counselling: Provided valuable insights into children’s mental health, offering resources for families and caregivers.
- Aye Frank: Treated everyone to delicious paninis and pastries.
- Lab46 Barbers: Gave stylish men’s cuts right at the event, helping participants look their best.
- Sophia’s Paint n Sip: Hosted a workshop that allowed attendees to unleash their creativity through painting.
- Snapsnap Photobooth: Captured the day’s fun moments.
- 365 Lifestyle Clothing: Offered a trendy selection of lifestyle apparel for those wanting to bring home some style.
- Hoops and Dreams: Combined basketball and fashion, showcasing clothing that reflects a love for the sport and lifestyle.
- Bunso Coffee: Served up delicious coffee to keep everyone energized throughout the day.
- Phoenix Dance and Cheer: Showcased an all-inclusive dance and cheer squad performance, bringing energy and joy to the crowd.
Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to meet our team and learn more about how CL’s services can support them, whether through our personalized programs or community participation initiatives.
The atmosphere was filled with laughter, learning, and community spirit. People connected over coffee, cheered during the Phoenix Dance and Cheer performance, and created keepsakes at the photobooth. Al Green’s powerful speech was a highlight, leaving everyone informed and uplifted.
